Hi everyone, my name's James and i'm a music-aholic. 

Doesn't really matter what type of music you may present to me, i'll have a damn strong opinion on it and be able to back it up. Give me something bad and i'll remind you of that grumpy old man on the park bench wailing about 'how music ought to be' and how 'they don't know how to write a decent melody these days'. But give me something good, and I'll bang on about it until everyone around me feels the same (or gives up and tunes out).

My favourite bands all try (or tried) to break some sort of boundary: Pink Floyd, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Muse, Andy Mckee.

I'll more often than not ask the question with any new piece of music: 'how's it any different?'.

I am currently trying to work my way into the music business  having graduated last year.
